DAY 1: ARRIVE HANOI – SIGHTSEEING (B, L, D)

Arrive in Hanoi.
Return to Hotel Rest & Relax
Lunch at Restaurant
Then proceed to guided city tour of HANOI – Start the tour to BADINH square (HCM President Complex – Stilt House + One Pillar Pagoda) – West Lake (Tran Quoc Pagoda + John Mc Cain Memorial), Temple of Literature, Old Quarter (Hoan Kiem Lake + Chinatown/Beer Street + Opera House + Local Market.
Welcome tea with tea/coffee with biscuits
End back to hotel
Overnight in HANOI

DAY 2: HANOI SIGHTSEEING AND GALA DINNER (B, L, D)

Breakfast at hotel Visit Lotte Skywalk Observatory followed by Lunch with Options:

1. Restaurant

2. International/Combo Buffet (vegetarian + non-vegetarian options)

3. Vietnamese Restaurant (Vegetarian + non-vegetarian buffet options)

Afternoon shopping at local market.

16:00: Return to hotel and refresh for Award Ceremony + Gala Night + Hotel Dinner

17:30: Afternoon Tea with Tea/Coffee and Biscuits + 2 Snacks

18:30: RNR starts Hotel Ballroom

DAY 3: HANOI – HALONG BAY – OVENRIGHT CRUISE (B, L, D)

Breakfast at hotel

Then Drive to Ha Long Bay

11:00 – 11:45: Check in at Ambassador’s Lounge.

11:45 – 12:30: Guests are taken to Ambassador Signature Cruise (at Gia Luan Wharf) by speedboat.

12:30 – 12:45: A short welcome briefing will be held at Piano Lounge or at the restaurant.

12:45 – 14:00: Enjoy a delicious lunch while admiring the majestic scenery of the islands and islets of Lan Ha Bay.

15:00 – 16:45: Your first tour is Viet Hai Fishing Village – a pristine and quiet place with precious traditional cultural values. You will have the opportunity to explore the typical features in the daily life of local people, visit fish ponds, bee houses, ancient houses or experience fish foot massage.

15:30 – 17:00: For those not joining the tour, we will serve homemade pastries at the Piano Lounge. Guests can also stay on board and choose to spend a relaxing afternoon at the Spa* or relax on the Sundeck while admiring the stunning scenery of Lan Ha Bay.

17:00 – 18:30: As the sun sets, Ambassador Signature Cruise will anchor overnight.

19:00: Enjoy a delicious dinner with a special menu from the Chef at the restaurant.

21:00 – 23:00: After dinner, enjoy drinks* and live music at the Piano Lounge, squid fishing, spa treatments* or watch a movie in your cabin.

DAY 4: HALONG BAY – HANOI – DEPARTURE (B, L)

6:00 – 6:30: Start your day with a Taichi session on the sundeck or at the Piano Lounge.

6:30 – 7:00: Enjoy a light breakfast with coffee, tea and freshly baked pastries at the Piano Lounge.

7:00 – 8:00: Explore the Dark and Bright Cave – a frog-shaped cave with beautiful sparkling stalactites of various shapes and sizes on the vaulted ceiling. The cave leads to a peaceful lake surrounded by limestone cliffs. Kayaking and sitting on a bamboo boat rowed by locals are the best options for visitors to admire the cave’s interior.

8:30 – 9:30: Full breakfast is served at the restaurant.

9:30 – 9:45: Pay the bill and check out at the reception on the first floor.

10:15 – 10:30: After disembarking Ambassador Signature Cruise, passengers will be transferred to Ha Long International Cruise Port by speedboat.

Disembark & Drive to Hanoi

After lunch transfer to airport for flight back to India
